I recommend starting with the &quot;Shape Up&quot; series especially if you&#039;re a beginner. Also you might want to do one DVD one day - the next day do a less intense cardio workout - then the next day a DVD again. I&#039;m not sure how much you have been working out - so definitely pace it according to your fitness level.
