Jenny Craig Review

About the Program

Jenny Craig Review… The Jenny Craig Diet program has been helping people lose weight and change their lifestyles since 1983.

Originally this plan was only available at in-center locations. At that time you had to go into one of their locations for your weekly consultations and be weighed in. However, the program has changed because they realized people are busy and aren’t always able to find time in their schedule to attend meetings.

With this realization – the program has expanded greatly. Now you can choose the in-center location or you can choose Jenny Direct which is the “at-home” program.

Either way you go, you’ll still receive all the benefits and tools needed to make your weight loss successful.

Getting started is easy – You’ll meet with your program director. Through your profile information a personal plan will be customized for you. You’ll meet with your personal consultant weekly to help keep you on track.

Once you’re “halfway there” with The Jenny Craig Diet you’ll start the transition. This allows you to learn male planning and preparation so that once you reach your weight loss goal – you’ll be prepared and able to maintain your weight.

Foods You Can Eat

Jenny’s Cuisine® provides pre-packaged meals with over 80 entrees and snacks to choose from. It follows the USDA Dietary Guidelines and provides 1200 to 1300 calories daily.

Their menu emphasizes whole grains, vegetables, fruits, low-fat or non-fat dairy, lean meat, fish, poultry, beans, eggs, nuts, and heart healthy fats. Your daily menu will consist of Jenny’s Cuisine® as well as your own grocery items like veggies and fruits.
