The No Restrictions meal plan allows you to maintain a healthy balanced diet that doesn’t restrict any specific dietary concerns.

The Reduced Carbohydrate meal plan reduces carb intake to 40% of your daily caloric intake. This plan does not put the body in a state of ketosis like some low-carb programs such as Atkins.

The Heart Healthy Plan has the Mediterranean characteristics and focuses on healthy mono- and polyunsaturated fats, and reduces the intake of trans-fat and saturated fats.

The Vegetarian meal plan is a lacto-ovo vegetarian plan (includes dairy). The menus include a variety of soy foods and meat substitutes.


Created by experts, you’ll find several exercise plans, including aerobic, strength training and flexibility programs.
