The Crack the Fat Loss Code diet works on the assumption that the body is actually prepared for a mode of starvation. The body takes certain calories and stores them as fat in order to sustain us.
This program puts implements an eating plan referred to as macro-patterning which is based on proven research that to eliminate glycogen stored in your muscles it takes up to seventy-two hours. With the first phase of this program you’ll eat less carbs which will cause your body to use that storage for energy.
Foods You Can Eat
The Macro eating plan used by Crack the Fat Loss Code work in four phases over an eight week period. The first week of Phase 1 (Carb Deplete) you’ll restrict carb intake to 20 grams daily. The next 3 weeks will be carbs up and carbs down. The Fat Loss cycle will be the following two weeks and then the final two weeks will be the maintenance cycle.
You do have cheat days which allows you to have one meal of your choice that day, so you still get to indulge in your favorite foods once a week.
Exercise is recommended to maintain a healthy metabolism and to keep the weight off. The author recommends cardiovascular exercises as well as resistance training.
