About the Program and Foods You Can Eat

The Body for Life Plan suggests 6 small meals daily and each meal should include a fist-sized portion of lean protein such as fish, poultry, egg whites and a fist-sized portion of carbs.

He also recommends vegetables twice daily with meals, 10 glasses of wwater daily, and 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil or a comparable oil daily.

Food lists are included for recommended proteins, carbs and veggies.

Exercise

For 12 weeks you will do weight training for 45 minutes 3 days a week. Every other week you’ll do upper body with the odd week being lower body. You’ll also do 20 minutes of cardio 3 days a week. You’ll find a very detailed program in the book.
