This diet plan is a low carbohydrate, high protein meal plan. It includes meal plans for 12 weeks which have fluctuating levels of carbohydrates.
Exercise
This plan does promote exercise. In the second section of the book you will find fitness plans and illustrations. It also allows you to customize your fitness regimen.
