The Anne Collins Diet For Life is a lifestyle diet that helps you acheive your weight loss goal and eat healthily for life. It’s designed for a slower weight loss and it’s lower in fat and includes protein in moderation.

She also includes information and advice on calories, cholesterol, fat, and tips for permanent lifestyle changes in your diet.

The caloric intake daily is 1,300 calories, but this can be increased by adding low-calorie snacks if needed.

Food You Can Eat

There aren’t any foods off limit, however protein is kept in moderation. The Anne Collins Diet For Life has a 14 day complete diet menu that you start with. An example of the menu for one day would be:

Breakfast

1 medium piece fresh fruit
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
1 slice wholewheat toast with 2 tsp peanut butter

Lunch
1 cup cooked rice with 1/4 cup any low-fat tomato sauce (or any low-fat alternative)
Unlimited green salad, with tbsp fat-free dressing
1 medium piece fresh fruit

Dinner
Breaded Fish Fillet, Baked Potato and Vegetables
Ingredients: Frozen breaded fish fillet [180 calories or less], 2 cups vegetables, 1 medium baking
potato, 1 tbsp soured cream.

Method: Bake or microwave fish according to insructions on pack. Oven bake or microwave potato. Cook vegetables. Serve fish with the vegetables and baked potato topped with soured cream. (Vegetables can be replaced with a 2 cups salad)

Dessert

1/4 cup fruit sorbet with 2 tbsp chopped fruit.
In addition: Daily Milk Allowance is 1 Cup Fat-free Milk.
So, if using 1/2 cup on cereal for breakfast, you have 1/2 cup for the rest of the day.

Exercise

Exercise is recommended and information is provided in the Member’s area.

It costs $20 on an annual basis to join the online program. This includes the other 8 diet programs as well.
