Abs Diet for Women

About the Program

The New Abs Diet for Women was developed by fitness guru David Zinczenko. He also developed “The Abs Diet” which became a best seller in 2004, and now Zinczenko has fine tuned this program specifically for women.

This fitness diet is six weeks long and incorporates healthy eating with exercise.

It targets belly fat which is not only unhealthy, but it’s also responsible for serious health issues.

Foods You Can Eat

The Abs Diet for Women lets you eat! Your caloric intake will range between 1,400 to 1,600 calories daily and will consist of power foods that help boost your metabolism and burn fat. You’ll also eat more often (6 small meals) which are spaced out and keep you from getting hungry.

The power foods are almonds plus other nuts, spinach and other green veggies, beans, oatmeal, low fat dairy, all natural peanut butter, eggs, whole grains, olive oil, whey protein, raspberries plus other berries. These power foods cover protein, good carbohydrates, good fat, and fiber.

Exercise

A specific fitness regimen is set up for you to work out 20 minutes three times a week which covers mostly strength training to tone and firm. On off days this plan also recommends cardio exercises.
